On the afternoon of September 28th, the inaugural meeting and the first representative meeting of Science and Technology Association of Xi 'an Peihua University was held in the lecture hall of Mingde Building. Li Yuqi (Party Secretary of Science and Technology Association of Shaanxi Province), Lv Jianjun (Vice President of Science and Technology Association of Shaanxi Province), Tian Shipo (Minister of the work Department of Enterprises and institutions), Jiang Bo (Chairman of Xi 'an Peihua University), Li Yingfang (Vice President), Luo Xinyuan (Party Secretary) and Hu Junsheng (Executive Vice President) attended the meeting. More than 50 people attended the meeting, including representatives from colleges and universities, enterprises and the Science and Technology Association of the university. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of Academic Committee and Vice President Liu Yuelian.
Jiang Bo, Chairman of Xi 'an Peihua University, on behalf of the university, expressed heartfelt thanks to the leaders of the Provincial Association of Science and Technology for visiting our school and guiding the work. While reviewing the history of Peihua's struggle, he is proud that all the staff in Peihua have made contributions to the cause of education with a high sense of social responsibility, historical mission and high morale. He said that under the leadership of the Provincial Science and Technology Association, Peihua’s Science and Technology Association will make active exploration and efforts in the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and contribute a force to the development of scientific and technological innovation in Shaanxi Province.
Hu Junsheng, Executive vice president of Xi 'an Peihua University, reported the preparatory work of Science and Technology Association of Xi 'an Peihua University, announced that the "Implementation of Science and Technology Association of Xi 'an Peihua University under the Constitution of China Association of Science and Technology Rules" was approved at this meeting, and the first committee members, chairman, vice president and secretary-general of Science and Technology Association of Xi 'an Peihua University were elected. Hu Junsheng was elected president of Science and Technology Association of Xi 'an Peihua University.

He stressed that on the occasion of celebrating the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Science and Technology Association of Xi 'an Peihua University should strengthen the ideological and political sense of seizing the responsibility of the overseer, accurately grasp the positioning of the science and technology association in the new era, focus on the main business of academic science popularization, give play to the discipline advantages of the university, and build a platform for the training of scientific and technological innovation talents of the university. The Provincial Science and Technology Association will fully support the work of the Science and Technology Association of Xi 'an Peihua University, strengthen the business guidance of the science and technology association of the university, gather the resources of the society, universities and enterprises, and build a platform for the university to carry out academic exchanges, scientific and technological services, talent recommendation, science popularization and other activities.
At the conference site, a series of industry-university-research cooperation framework agreements were signed by relevant colleges and representatives of visiting enterprises.
A road show for the transfer and transformation of some excellent scientific and technological achievements of Xi 'an Peihua University was arranged at the conference site. After the meeting, the leaders of the provincial Association of Science and Technology also visited and investigated the Center for Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine and the Rehiu Cell Therapy Institute of Xi 'an Peihua University, and spoke highly of them.
